They strategise WHERE they want to place these centers. Accountability is essential! The dots have been connected, I see them, do you?

🌍 GLOBAL ALERT:
Exposing the systemic loop holes- How the corruption ends up in your backyard:
From the Atlantic Coast to the Arctic Circle, the pattern of Systemic Corruption is the same, rinse and repeat.
“Currently, we are witnessing a textbook manifestation of calculated environmental and climate degradation to a critical ecological basin not far from us. An effort is underway to bypass protections and secure a 3,000-acre industrial cluster. This is not just a development project; it is a strategic land and water grab. Whether it’s the ACE Basin headwaters in the USA, the Arctic grids of Sweden, or the geothermal springs of Kenya, the strategy is identical, and it’s our moral duty to warn others, globally. We implore you to know what you’re up against.” -Fridays For Future – Fayetteville, NC
Certain developers are pushing for massive zoning changes while refusing to name the end-user. “Ghost Clients,” in essence. This is a deliberate move to secure public resources before the community can identify the true scale of the resource drain or the environmental risks.
We are seeing what is known as ‘Regulatory Capture’ at the local level. This happens when the very agencies designed to protect our water and land instead act as the “private security” for the industries they are supposed to oversee. When the boards meant to guard the public interest begin presenting “lovely pictures” on behalf of secretive interests, the surrender of sovereignty has already begun.
Globally, fossil fuels still provide nearly 60% of the power to data centers. In regions like the U.S. and China, the Al boom is forcing utilities to delay the closure of coal plants.
🔗“Pollution from coal plants was dropping. Then came Trump and AI.”
Al-focused data centers are not “clean tech.” Training a single large-scale Al model can consume more electricity than 120 homes use in a year, emitting over 500 tons of CO2.
🔗“WHAT HAPPENS WHEN DATA CENTERS COME TO TOWN?”
The hidden cost to your health has already begun.
Findings JUST in the United States—‘A November 2025 Harvard Business Review report warns that the rapid growth of Al data centers is creating a public health crisis that will cost the U.S. up to $20 billion annually by 2028.’
This is not an accident or a “mistake” by the system. The system is functioning exactly as it was designed—to prioritize corporate extraction over human and ecological survival.
‘Data centers rely on massive diesel backup generators and fossil-fuel power grids. These emit nitrogen oxides and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) that embed in the lungs and bloodstream, leading to respiratory disease, heart conditions, and elevated cancer risks in host communities.’

Water Insecurity is also a HUGE concern. ‘Hyperscale centers can drain 3 to 7 million gallons of water PER DAY. This doesn’t just “strain the grid”-it threatens the local water table, increasing the risk of waterborne contaminants and dehydration in marginalized areas.’

“Data centers are draining the Great Lakes-Throughout the United States, data centers are popping up like weeds.”

This is known as a “Resource Heist.” Thieving what’s not theirs. These facilities are industrial-scale consumers. A large data center can “drink” up to 5 million gallons of water a day-usage equivalent to a town of 50,000 people-while straining the local power grid to the point of raising residential utility rates for everyone else.

This is the definition of Global Systemic Corruption, where the rules are rigged against the Most Affected Peoples and Areas – #MAPA.
In the Olkaria geothermal fields of the Great Rift Valley, hyperscale giants are moving in to build massive data center campuses. They promise “digital inclusion,” but they are locking down up to 1 Gigawatt of the nation’s renewable energy-energy that is desperately needed to power local homes and schools, not just to cool Al servers.
In the remote steppes of Kazakhstan, the rapid build-up of energy-intensive data mining has pushed the national grid to the brink of collapse. To keep the “servers” running, the system is being forced to rely on aging, toxic coal-fired plants, reversing years of environmental progress and poisoning the air of remote nomadic communities.

Sweden reports show 30 data centers are being fast-tracked using these same capture-style tactics to drain energy grids and bypass local consent.
While these companies often promote “green” initiatives, the actual energy mix powering them is still heavily reliant on fossil fuels. Do not let them convince you.
They will attempt to deceive the masses. To move away from water-cooling, many new facilities are switching to f-gas refrigerants.
The health reality? These are PFAS “forever chemicals” that leak into the soil and air, linked to cancer, immune system suppression, and birth defects.

Connect the dots yet? Let’s make sure to go to some of the root of the problem with this one; as of mid-to-late 2025, for example, a company named Chemours has entered major strategic agreements to provide OpteonTM, a dielectric fluid used in “two-phase immersion cooling”.
In late 2023 and throughout 2024, Chemours tried to use a legal loophole to import 4 million pounds of GenX (PFAS) waste from their facility in Dordrecht, Netherlands to Fayetteville Works in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They called it “recycling.” We called it a Human Rights violation.
Let’s not forget that Chemours was DuPont! The DNA of this industry is extraction. Look at the partners: Chemours, the company making the cooling chemicals for these data centers, is a spin-off of DuPont. This ‘name change’ was a strategy to shield DuPont’s billions from the legacy of poisoning farmers like Earl Tennant. They change the name on the door, but the shell game remains the same: profits for them, toxins for us.
While they market this as “green” because it uses less water than traditional cooling, the reality is a massive increase in the production of F-gases (a form of PFAS).
A truly “Green” solution must be a Non-Toxic solution. We cannot trade carbon emissions for chemical poisoning.
To power these 3,000-acre clusters, utilities are keeping old coal and gas plants online. This isn’t just “emissions.” It is Particulate Matter (PM2.5) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx). By 2030, U.S. data center expansion is projected to contribute to nearly 1,300 premature deaths annually, resulting in a public health burden exceeding $20 billion.
The “Cloud” is made of coal, gas, and stolen water. Globally, data centers are projected to consume more electricity than entire nations like Poland by 2030. While they get tax breaks, your utility bills are rising to pay for the infrastructure they are exhausting.

Not to mention what they choose to dump on our communities, and where, like we’re rubbish. Coal ash isn’t just sitting in ponds; it is known to have been sold as “cheap fill dirt” to build schools, playgrounds, and housing developments.
Data center developers are now being encouraged to use this same “green concrete” (made with coal ash) to lower their carbon footprint.
In Mooresville, North Carolina, the thyroid cancer rate was nearly double the state average. Activists found that over 40,000 tons of toxic, radioactive coal ash were buried right next to a high school. More was found throughout the community, preschool included.

We are moving beyond compliant despair. “There’s nothing we can do,” adds insult to injury.
The system targets those most vulnerable, those unaware and lands meant to be off-limits. Do not become a victim. The system relies on your silence. We are breaking it. Let your voices be heard; be loud. Do not relent.
If Earl Tennant, a single farmer can take on a ‘giant’ so can we. This was a catalyst for change in accountability with companies like DuPont, 3M and more.. We continue to connect the dots. Because we SEE the connections and cannot stay silent.

“You writing on here uses data centers!”
Once again….
How else would we be able to attempt to reach the masses while you’d get to leverage in a space we don’t agree with?
“I am for it! It will bring in tons of jobs!”
On the contrary. The promise of ‘hundreds to thousands of jobs’ is a temporary mirage of construction roles that vanish once the concrete dries, leaving behind highly automated facilities that employ a negligible permanent local workforce. This is a global resource heist where communities trade their long-term water and energy sovereignty for a short-term ‘sugar high’ that ultimately raises residential utility rates for everyone and destroys the planet.
While they CAN serve positively for CERTAIN issues—those SAME issues can be respectfully, given BETTER alternatives.
Taking the “easiest” leap isn’t always the safest. Choose your poison, but don’t choose it for someone else.
